We do not hand out devices in Nepal ourselves. Local non-profits, schools and community organisations do, and they record every placement on the same platform donors use.
How a partnership works
Four steps, then a steady rhythm of batches

Apply
Tell us about your organisation, the communities you serve and how many devices you could place well.

Agree on terms
We talk, check references, and sign a short agreement: devices are given, never sold, and every placement is recorded.

Receive batches
Batches arrive with a manifest. You confirm each device on the platform as it is unpacked.
- 4
Report placements
Record where each device went, without publishing anything that identifies a child. Donors see the loop close.

More than a box of laptops
- Tested, wiped devices with a clean operating system and learning software, each with a working charger.
- A manifest for every batch, and help with customs paperwork on arrival.
- A partner account on the platform to confirm receipt and record placements.
- A public profile listing the batches you have received, which helps your own fundraising.
- A direct line to us for replacements, spare chargers and questions.
What partners commit to
The promises donors rely on
- Devices are given to children and schools, never sold or used for staff.
- Every device received is confirmed on the platform within a reasonable time of arrival.
- Every placement is recorded, with enough detail to be credible and no detail that identifies a child.
- Devices that break or are lost are reported honestly, so the record stays true.
- Occasional visits or calls so we can learn what is working and what is not.

- The schools, programmes or communities you serve, and roughly how many devices you could place well.
- Who on your team would confirm batches and record placements on the platform.
- Anything we should know about connectivity, power or customs in your area.
